one-hour Consultations
Sometimes you don’t need someone to take over your entire project. You just need a designer’s perspective to help you find clarity and move forward with confidence. My in-person and virtual consultations give us dedicated time to talk through your ideas, answer questions, and determine the right next steps for your home.

During this one-hour, in-person consultation, I’ll visit your home so we can walk through your space together, talk about what is and isn’t working, and explore the ideas you already have. We’ll collaborate on possibilities for layout, furniture, finishes, color, and the overall direction of your project. I can measure up to two rooms and help you think through next steps while keeping your vision at the center.
After our meeting, you’ll receive a brief written follow-up summarizing our discussion and recommendations, along with information about the design package that may best support your project if you’d like additional help.
Available for homes within 25 miles of Louisville, Colorado. Additional rooms must be discussed before booking, as the appointment remains limited to one hour.

During this one-hour virtual consultation, we’ll meet by video to walk through your space, discuss your ideas, and work through the design questions that are keeping you from moving forward. I can offer guidance on layout, furniture, finishes, color, and the overall direction of your project using the photos, measurements, and inspiration you provide. After our meeting, you’ll receive a brief written follow-up with my recommendations and, if you would like more support, information about the design package that best fits your project.
$200 | One hour
extended design consultation
For certain projects, it’s more than a quick conversation, and these extended consultations give us the time and space to work through your ideas together. Available in person or virtually, each two-hour session allows us to take a deeper look at your space, answer your questions, and make thoughtful design decisions. You’ll leave with professional guidance, clear next steps, and greater confidence in the direction of your home.

Sometimes one hour simply isn’t enough. This two-hour, in-person consultation gives us more time to work through a larger room, an open-concept area, up to two reasonably sized rooms, or a longer list of design decisions. Together, we can talk through furniture placement and flow, color and finishes, lighting, artwork, accessories, what should stay or go, shopping direction, and where your budget will make the greatest impact.
During our appointment, I can measure up to two reasonably sized rooms or one larger open-concept area. Afterward, you’ll receive a concise written recap with my recommendations and clear next steps. This is a standalone design session and does not include furniture plans, product lists, renderings, construction documents, or a complete room design.

This two-hour virtual consultation is perfect when you have a larger space, more decisions to make, or simply want more time to talk through your ideas with a designer. Using the photos, measurements, plans, and inspiration you provide, we can work together on furniture placement and flow, color and finishes, lighting, artwork, accessories, shopping direction, budget priorities, and the pieces you should keep, replace, or relocate.
After our meeting, you’ll receive a concise written recap with my recommendations and clear next steps. Accurate measurements, photographs, and any existing plans must be provided beforehand, as virtual measuring is not included. This is a standalone design session and does not include furniture plans, product lists, renderings, construction documents, or a complete room design.

Complete Room Design Package
You already have ideas for your home—now you need help bringing them together. My Complete Room Design Package is a collaborative, one-room design experience created for homeowners who want a clear, cohesive plan they can confidently bring to life themselves. Together, we’ll refine your vision and create a space that feels thoughtful, functional, and completely personal to you.
Your package includes two to-scale furniture plans, a virtual furniture plan review, a complete design board with direct product links, a Pinterest board with one to two alternate options, and photorealistic renderings featuring 10 images and one video. We’ll meet again to review the completed design, and one round of revisions is included.
This is a design-guidance service to follow an In-Home or Virtual Consultation. It does not include purchasing, procurement, contractor coordination, installation, or project management.

Kitchen & Bath Selections
You already have an established layout for your kitchen or bathroom—now you need help making sure all the finishes work beautifully together. This collaborative selections service helps you choose details such as tile, countertops, cabinet finishes, hardware, plumbing fixtures, lighting, paint colors, mirrors, and coordinating accessories.
You’ll receive two complete selection boards with product links when available, along with a private Pinterest board featuring additional options. Together, we’ll create a clear, cohesive direction that you can confidently bring to your contractor and use throughout your renovation.
This service does not include space planning, cabinetry design, floor plans, elevations, tile layouts, photorealistic renderings, construction documents, purchasing, contractor coordination, installation, or project management.

INERIOR DESIGNER RENDERINGS
Created exclusively for interior design professionals, contractors, builders, and real estate brokers, my rendering packages transform your finalized design into photorealistic visuals that clearly communicate the space before it is built, installed, or presented. These renderings are created to support client presentations, design approvals, construction conversations, real estate marketing, and your professional portfolio.
Each package includes one floor, unlimited still views, and one 4K video to showcase the design from every angle. Additional videos and interactive walkthroughs—similar to a Matterport experience—are available as optional add-ons. Small décor details will be thoughtfully added to complement your design unless otherwise specified.
One to two rounds of revisions are included for adjustments to materials, finishes, and lighting. Included revisions do not cover new design directions, layout changes, or complete reworks. Continued revisions or changes beyond the original scope may be completed at Oar Haus Interiors’ discretion and billed hourly.
Clients must provide a finalized design along with the plans, relevant elevations, selections, product information, and other project details needed to accurately build the space. This is a professional visualization service and does not include interior design, product sourcing, construction documents, or responsibility for verifying site conditions and measurements.
